Yukon Sky Marshy ponds, still waters, huge clouds and no other humans...just another day on the Alcan Highway! We were very surprised to realize that there are hardly any side roads in northern Canada and Alaska. If you can't find a break in the trees along the highway, with a good location to take a photograph, there will be no photograph! Fortunately, Gary spotted this pond near a short side road used by the highway department to take water from a nearby creek. |
